Listed amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, indoor games room, jogging track and children’s play area. Suprema is worth comparing when a finished community is a priority. The developer marks the project as sold out, so buyers should distinguish available resale homes from fresh builder inventory. A visit can reveal the actual condition of the apartment and shared spaces.

Casagrand Northern Star has 382 apartments on 4.05 acres in Madhavaram. The developer’s brochure describes two-, three- and four-bedroom homes. Its current project directory lists it as completed and sold out.
